Born in Columbus, Ohio, Bill grew up mostly in the Chicago area. After heading back to Ohio to graduate from Kenyon College, Bill did graduate work in Financial Markets at the Illinois Institute of Technology and gained a Real Estate Managing Broker's license in Illinois where he did small market M&A work (business valuations and business brokerage) for business owners. Bill is a Certified M&A Advisor with the Alliance of M&A Advisors. Since getting his Real Estate Broker's license in Florida, he also attained the GRI credential from the Graduate Real Estate Institute. Now helping to manage a family-owned architectural precast company, Bill also loves to help clients find their dream home in Naples, Florida.
